Federica De Cillis is a People Leader and Organizational Performance Advisor working at the intersection of leadership, performance, and scale.
She works across three layers:
1. Advising Founders & Leadership Teams
Federica partners with funded founders navigating the emotionally charged moments of scaling — leadership friction, performance breakdowns, org structures that break, cultural drift. She removes operational noise, helping leaders see what's actually happening before issues fully surface. Her work stabilises leaders, restores momentum, and builds conditions for sustained performance.
2. Supporting VCs & Investors
She provides People advisory for portfolio companies, conducts talent due diligence, and delivers pattern recognition that helps VCs spot organisational risks before they become crises. She speaks both languages: commercial outcomes and People strategy.
3. Developing Strategic People Leaders
Having trained and mentored over 300 leaders, Federica now runs Arc Studio's Strategic People Leadership Accelerator. She teaches emerging People Leaders how to make high-stakes decisions, influence without authority, and operate as true strategic partners — not just executors.
